15 years as a coach in the fitness industry
After a dislocated shoulder as a freshman in highschool I entered physical therapy. During that process I started to lift weights and immediately fell in love with weight training and fitness as a hobby. As I experimented with the idea of a Doctorate in Physical therapy I continued to be pulled more toward my interest in weight training and nutrition. At age 22 I started my first job at a Gold's Gym and the rest is pretty much history as I've been in the industry ever since continuing to hone my skills in coaching people to lose weight and live the healthiest - sustainable live possible.

Without a doubt nutrition and weight loss. I love the mind and how we have the ability to deliberately change it. Knowing how to change it is one thing.. actually changing it is a whole other level. I love being able to talk with people, learn about them, their past, their passions and then from there work together to get them on the strongest most sustainable plan possible. The plan is one thing: supporting them and coaching them through that is the most favorite part about this that has kept me in this industry.
Love music and have played guitar since I was 15I try to do a meditation retreat yearly. One of the most powerful things people can do for themselves in my humble opinion. Recently married the most amazing, beautiful woman and I have a beautiful 5 year old step daughter.
