BACKGROUND

I've been a coach for 3 years, inspired by my own adventures (and misadventures!) working myself back into shape from being 50 pounds overweight, coupled with rehab and recovery from 2 herniated discs acquired along the way.

CERTIFICATIONS

I have earned certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), StrongFirst Girya (Kettlebell Instructor), NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), and have advanced training in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS).

WHAT SPECIFIC AREA OF FITNESS INTEREST YOU MOST

My passion and focus as a trainer is to help people maintain their capacity to do all the things they love to do for as long as possible. Personally, my goal is to help teach my great-grandchildren how to ski as I celebrate my 100th birthday, I am in this for the long game!

WALK UP SONG

My walk-up song would have to be The Man by Aloe Blacc, not because I never doubt myself, but because my two little girls are counting on me to be The Man and I refuse to let them down.
