Phil Chung is a certified functional strength and integrative health coach and the founder of PRACTICE, a personal training studio in Lincoln Park that specializes in coaching proper biomechanical exercises and lifestyle habits that return results. Over the last 15 years, Phil has meshed time-tested strength and conditioning principles with the latest functional training techniques and integrative nutrition research. He used to pack over 205 pounds on his five-foot-nine frame. He had to rework his complex mental relationship with food and has found simplicity to be the best prescription. Phil has been serving the homeless and mentoring youth for the last 18 years as he believes giving is a part of being healthy. He lives in Lincoln Park with his wife he can’t live without and his three children he lives for.
